Job summary

QTS Realty Trust is seeking a Military Talent Program Manager to lead and expand the military talent hiring program, including SkillBridge, veterans, transitioning service members, and military spouses. You will be the internal advocate, partnering with Talent Acquisition and leaders to align talent solutions with workforce needs.

You will develop partnerships with external organizations, track KPIs, and drive adoption of military talent strategies across the organization.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Sales, Program Management, Military/Veteran Programs, or a related field.
• Three or more years of experience in program management, talent acquisition, recruiting, business development, sales, military talent programs, or a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QTS's military talent hiring program, including SkillBridge, veteran, transitioning service member, and military-spouse talent initiatives.
• Serve as the champion for military hiring, engaging business leaders and hiring managers to demonstrate how military-connected talent can help solve workforce needs.
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand current and future workforce needs and identify roles, teams, and skill sets that align with military-connected talent.
• Create a strong internal pipeline of hiring-manager engagement by promoting the program and generating opportunities for Talent Acquisition to introduce qualified military candidates.
• Consult with leaders unfamiliar with SkillBridge or military talent, explaining transferable skills and program value.
• Partner with recruiters and Talent Acquisition to translate business demand into actionable military talent pipelines and hiring strategies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with military talent organizations, transition programs, military installations, community partners, and other external organizations.
• Develop and maintain program goals, timelines, resources, and key performance indicators.
• Track program performance and present results to leadership with recommendations.
• Partner on military-focused employer-branding and talent-marketing initiatives.
• Continuously evaluate the program and propose partnerships and campaigns to increase reach and impact.
