Quality Technology Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated Military Talent Program Manager to lead our military talent hiring initiatives, including SkillBridge, veterans, transitioning service members, and military spouses.

You will partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to align programs with workforce needs, build internal buy-in, and expand partnerships with military organizations to strengthen QTS's military talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Three+ years in program management, talent acquisition, or a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QTS's military talent hiring program (SkillBridge, veteran, transitioning service member, military-spouse).
• Champion military hiring and engage leaders to show value of military talent.
• Partner with hiring leaders to map roles to military-connected talent.
• Build internal pipeline by promoting the program and engaging Talent Acquisition.
• Consult with leaders on SkillBridge and talent transferability.
