Job summary

Shield AI is seeking a Senior Recruiter for Military & SkillBridge Programs. You will own end-to-end DoW SkillBridge fellowship operations, from intake through conversion, aligning transition military talent with full-time roles across engineering, flight operations, and program teams.

You will partner with HR, Legal, and Security to keep onboarding compliant, translate military experience into civilian role fit, and build networks with base transition offices and veteran organizations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including veteran or transitioning military talent
• Hands-on experience with SkillBridge or similar military fellowship programs
• Experience translating military experience into civilian role fit and leveling
• Experience collaborating with HR, Legal, or Security on compliant hiring workflows

Responsibilities

• Own DoW SkillBridge and military fellowship programs end to end
• Coordinate onboarding, eligibility, and check-ins for fellows
• Drive fellow-to-full-time conversion with hiring managers
• Translate military experience, ratings, and qualifications into role fit
• Build relationships with transition offices and veteran-focused organizations
• Represent Shield AI at military hiring events and fairs
• Track and report funnel metrics and use data to improve programs
