Job summary

Quality Technology Services, LLC (QTS) seeks a Military Talent Program Manager to lead the company’s military talent hiring initiatives, including SkillBridge, veterans, transitioning service members, and military spouses. You will serve as the internal advocate and SME, partnering with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to embed military talent into workforce plans.

In this role you will build partnerships with military organizations, craft pipelines, measure outcomes, and drive adoption

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in HR, business, or related field.
• Three or more years of experience in program management, talent acquisition, or military talent programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead QTS's military talent hiring program, including SkillBridge and veteran initiatives.
• Advocate for military talent; partner with Talent Acquisition and leaders to align needs with pipelines.
• Create internal demand, promote the program, and build opportunities to hire military-connected talent.
• Develop partnerships with military organizations and manage program goals, timelines and KPIs.
