Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is hiring Deployment Strategists to lead end-to-end migrations and platform modernizations for enterprise clients.

You will own discovery, migration strategy, execution oversight, and value realization, guiding cross-functional teams and engaging C-suite stakeholders in an AI-enabled delivery environment. You’ll work with Migration Leads, Professional Services, and SI Partners, running governance, defining milestones, and accelerating delivery using AI tools.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading enterprise customer delivery, TPM, engagement management, or management consulting for enterprise SaaS transitions.
• Strong background in program governance, scope management, business process analysis, and executive stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own engagement success end-to-end across Discovery → Migration Strategy → Execution Oversight → Value Realization & Handoff.
• Direct cross-functional delivery pods and governance to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery.
• Serve as primary contact for VP and C-suite stakeholders; translate complex workstreams into clear business outcomes.
