Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relationship management experience selling banking products.
• Proficient in credit underwriting fundamentals and financial analysis; knowledge of commercial loan products and lending regulations.

Responsibilities

• Solicits new and prospective loan and deposit relationships for the Bank.
• Develops and executes a business development plan to achieve goals.
• Maintains a disciplined contact schedule to promote client satisfaction and retention.
• Identifies cross-sell opportunities and markets a broad range of financial products.
• Builds internal relationships to enhance banking relationships and meet customer objectives.
• Coordinates with Senior Management and Underwriters to structure credit solutions within guidelines.
• Cultivates prospects through referrals, networking, and professional organizations.
• Monitors portfolio credit quality and risk, ensuring loans remain current and within terms.
