Job summary

Trustmark National Bank seeks a Middle Market & Corporate Banking Manager I/II to strategically lead the unit in Birmingham, expanding loan and deposit growth while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong risk controls.

You will partner with senior management to shape market strategies, oversee loan syndications, and drive cross-sell of bank products, delivering excellent client service in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Four-year college education required.
• Min 10 years in middle market/corporate lending or equivalent.
• Min 8 years of managing individual loan portfolios.
• Extensive knowledge of local market.
• In-depth knowledge of compliance laws and regulations.
• Extensive knowledge of capital market solutions and loan syndications.
• Pricing models, profitability forecasting, and credit analysis expertise.
• Supervisory/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff to achieve division goals through loan growth, deposits, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Expand and monitor customer relationships via referrals and quality service.
• Conduct business calls to prospect clients and staff for new opportunities.
• Review loan applications for compliance with income, assets, and credit history.
