Ability to sit for long periods and use a computer.

Responsibilities

Lead branch growth, referrals, wallet share, deposits and loans.
Conduct sales calls and customer meetings.
Take and process loan applications, manage portfolio and ensure regulatory compliance.
Guide branch staff toward sales, service, and operational goals while mitigating risks.
Hold productive branch meetings focused on market share and profitability.
Interview and mentor branch personnel and manage day-to-day activities.
