• Ensure marketing materials and branch compliance with regulations
• Direct branch staff to improve sales, service, and operations
• Lead productive branch meetings with emphasis on business development and profitability
• Interview prospective employees and mentor, train, coach staff
• Manage scheduling, performance appraisals, cash handling, audits, and related tasks
• Participate in community service roles
• Perform additional duties as assigned
