The role collaborates with the Client Solutions Manager to deliver holistic, credit-enabled solutions and grow the bank's footprint in the Middle Market.

The candidate will drive business development, maintain a robust pipeline, ensure regulatory compliance, and coach team members as needed.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years — Middle Market banking experience (Required)
• Proven track record of developing new business and growing client relationships
• Strong knowledge of loan, deposit and core fee income solutions
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with internal partners and credit officers

Responsibilities

• Identify and attract new commercial relationships to grow C&I market share
• Proactively prospect for new clients and expand existing relationships
• Lead cross-functional teams to respond to client requests and present bank solutions
• Maintain active prospecting and pipeline for consistent production
• Ensure compliance with bank regulations and internal policies
