Columbia Bank is seeking a Middle Market banking advisor to lead relationship growth with C&I clients in Riverside, CA. You will prospect new business, collaborate with the Client Solutions Manager, and tailor loan, deposit and core banking solutions to client needs.

The role requires 4-7 years of relevant banking experience, strong credit and analytical skills, and the ability to coexist with a high-performance team. onsite work in Riverside and a competitive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of Middle Market banking experience (Required).
• Proven ability to attract and secure new commercial relationships.
• Strong credit, financial statement analysis and risk management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identifies, attracts and secures new commercial relationships to grow market share.
• Acts as trusted advisor to clients with holistic solutions.
• Leads cross-functional collaboration to respond quickly to client requests.
• Maintains active prospecting and pipeline for consistent production.
• Ensures compliance with bank regulations and internal policies.
• Develops strategies for acquiring, retaining and growing select clients.
• Balances business development with asset quality within portfolio management.
