Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree or an Advanced Degree.
• Experience in business development, account management, analytics, strategy, customer success, client services, sales operations, financial services, or related functions.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Microsoft Dynamics, Copilot, and related productivity apps.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Executives and Services leaders in managing and growing a portfolio of strategic merchant relationships.
• Develop and execute account plans to strengthen relationships, deepen executive engagement, and accelerate revenue growth.
• Analyze client portfolios to identify growth opportunities, product adoption trends, and strategic recommendations.
• Assist with opportunity identification, qualification, tracking, forecasting, and pipeline management.
• Support commercialization efforts across Visa's Services portfolio by coordinating resources and advancing client opportunities.
• Prepare executive presentations, business reviews, opportunity assessments, and leadership communications.
• Monitor assigned accounts and industries for developments, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities.
• Travel up to 10% of the time.
