Job summary

Visa is seeking an Analyst for U.S. Merchant Partnerships within the Services Vertical.

The role supports growth across a portfolio of strategic merchant clients, partnering with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, analyze portfolios, and drive adoption of Visa’s services. The ideal candidate will be analytically rigorous, collaborative, and capable of delivering strategic insights, client engagements, and effective communications.

Qualifications

• 2 or more years of work experience with a bachelor's degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD).
• 3 or more years of work experience with a bachelor's degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD).
• Experience in business development, account management, consulting, analytics, strategy, customer success, client services, sales operations, financial services, or related business functions.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Microsoft Dynamics, Copilot, and related business productivity applications.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Executives and Services leaders in managing and growing a portfolio of strategic merchant relationships.
• Contribute to account plans to strengthen client relationships and accelerate revenue growth.
• Analyze client portfolios to identify growth opportunities, product adoption trends, and competitive insights.
• Assist with opportunity identification, qualification, tracking, forecasting, and pipeline management.
• Support commercialization efforts across Visa's Services portfolio by coordinating resources and research.
• Prepare executive presentations, business reviews, opportunity assessments, and leadership communications.
• Monitor accounts and industries for developments and emerging opportunities.
• Travel up to 10% of the time.

Bachelor's degree or higher
