Qualifications

2+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or advanced degree.
Experience in sales, business development, account management, or related roles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Support management and growth of a portfolio of ~300 merchant accounts.
Execute outbound merchant engagement communications to create opportunities.
Draft and distribute merchant-facing communications including campaigns and updates.
Maintain merchant contact databases and replace stakeholders as needed.
Identify new contacts and opportunities aligned with Visa's priorities.
Monitor opportunities involving debit routing, co-branding, and data solutions.
Develop a structured pipeline and recommend next steps.
