Job summary

PayPal is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to own strategic relationships with Fortune 1000 merchants. You will identify and address servicing roadblocks, pursue cross-sell opportunities, and advocate for merchants across product and support teams.

Qualifications

7+ years of customer success or account servicing experience with complex, enterprise solutions to Fortune 1000 companies; 10 years preferred.
Multi-year track record of over-achievement.
Proven ability to manage multiple customers, develop opportunities and exceed targets.
Consultative sales abilities and ability to work in a matrix environment across departments.

Responsibilities

Develop strategic relationships with merchant decision makers (e.g. CTO, product owners).
Drive adoption of new integrations and educate merchants on best practices.
Manage merchant health, mitigate risk, and identify products aligning to merchant goals.
Lead quarterly business reviews and coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalations and service issues.
