Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience aligning SOPs and company programs with store operations.
• Merchandising and store operations familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in SOPs and company programs adherence.
• Ensure policies and standards are followed to maintain store conditions.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting, and flow of merchandise to sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization routines for in-stock levels and replenishment.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Support a clean, organized store environment and backroom operations.
• Manage inventory control, accuracy, and stock movement.
• Execute ad sets with compliant signage and product placement.
• Complete price changes accurately and on time across floor and systems.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and returns processing.
• Train and develop team members through onboarding and coaching.
