Job summary

Zing Health is seeking a diligent Business Systems Analyst to drive member experience initiatives across the organization. You will author business requirements, manage IT and vendor workstreams, and ensure deliverables align with strategic goals and regulatory needs.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Member Services, Quality, Compliance, Data, Salesforce, and Reporting to translate business needs into technical solutions and validate outcomes through analytics and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 3+ years in project management or business analysis.
Experience writing business requirements and working with IT teams (Data, Salesforce, Reporting) to deliver solutions.
Strong organizational discipline and ability to manage multiple projects with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end execution of member experience initiatives from scoping to post-launch monitoring.
Draft clear requirements, user stories, and process docs in partnership with stakeholders.
Manage ticket intake and tracking across IT and vendor queues; escalate blockers as needed.
Create structured project plans and status reports; coordinate change management and training.
Partner with Member Services, Quality, Compliance to ensure regulatory and frontline considerations.
