Job summary

Zing Health, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Vendor Programs & Implementation to oversee the operational performance and ongoing management of supplemental benefit vendors.

This full-time role combines project management for new vendor implementations with day-to-day vendor oversight to ensure readiness, regulatory compliance, data integrity, and a high-quality member experience. You will coordinate across Operations, IT, Compliance, Finance, and Marketing, own timelines, troubleshoot issues, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of vendor management and project or program management experience.
• Healthcare operations experience, preferably Medicare Advantage or supplemental benefits.
• Knowledge of 837 file formats and data exchanges.
• Regulatory and Part C reporting considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end vendor implementations and enhancements, including planning, testing, go-live, and stabilization.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and dependencies; coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
• Track risks and issues; ensure regulatory and contractual requirements are met.
• Provide ongoing vendor oversight to ensure performance, compliance, and service quality.
• Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, IT, Finance, and Member Experience teams.
