Job summary

Zing Health seeks a Manager, Vendor Programs & Implementation to lead end-to-end vendor implementations and ongoing vendor oversight. You will coordinate with Operations, IT, Compliance, Finance, and Marketing to ensure regulatory compliance, data integrity, and a high-quality member experience.

This role drives collaboration across teams and vendors, translating requirements into actionable plans while advancing operational excellence as Zing Health scales toward 2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in vendor management and project/program management.
• Healthcare operations experience, Medicare Advantage or supplemental benefits.
• Knowledge of 837 data formats and regulatory/Part C reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end vendor implementations from planning to post-implementation stabilization.
• Develop detailed project plans and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ensure regulatory, technical, and contractual requirements are met.
• Provide ongoing vendor oversight for performance and compliance.
• Partner with Operations, Compliance, IT, Finance, and Member Experience.
