Job summary

Zeta Global seeks a Lead Senior Business Systems Analyst to define solutions for client implementations and larger projects, translating business needs into technical requirements and communicating them across teams.

The successful candidate will collaborate with architects, developers, and client stakeholders, draft detailed documentation, and guide deployments from scoping through QA. A strong background in CRM/CDP concepts and real-time integration is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting business requirements, specifications, SOWs, LOEs, etc.
• Ability to understand and translate client needs into technical designs.
• Strong written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead project scoping: gather requirements and define scope.
• Define solutions with architects and developers; estimate resource needs.
• Maintain documentation: BRDs, functional specs, change logs.
• Support QA/UAT to ensure requirements are met and project risks are managed.
