Job summary

Concord Hospitality in Austin, TX is seeking an Executive Meeting Manager to oversee pre-event, event, and post-event details for assigned groups, including room blocks, F&B, and contracts.

You will build relationships with clients, manage timelines, forecast group revenues, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure flawless event execution. The role requires hospitality sales experience and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality event planning and/or sales experience required.
• Experience working with clients/customers to deliver positive outcomes.
• Understanding of hotel operations to plan successful events/meetings.
• Strong administrative skills and familiarity with computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest levels of customer service to internal partners and external clients.
• Respond quickly and professionally to all partners and customers with clear communication.
• Manage pre-event, event, and post-event details including room blocks, F&B, and reports.
• Forecast group rooms and F&B revenues and coordinate with internal teams to maximize revenue.
• Attend customer functions as needed and participate in planning meetings.
