Job summary

Concord Hospitality is hiring a Banquet Captain at our Raleigh, NC hotel. You will supervise banquet staff and coordinate food and beverage service to ensure exceptional guest experiences during events.

Our events at our hotel provide exposure to a wide range of receptions, meetings and trainings. The Banquet Captain motivates the team, greets guests, assists with menu questions, and ensures timely service.

Qualifications

• Pay rate: $22.00-$25.00 per hour; shift flexibility.
• Previous banquet experience required; leadership role preferred.
• Be courteous, punctual and flexible with scheduling.
• Hospitality experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise banquet staff and coordinate all food and beverage service.
• Provide exceptional guest service and greet guests during events.
• Lead the team with motivation and ensure quality standards.
• Respond to guest questions regarding the menu and service.
• Oversee event setup, execution and cleanup.
• Train others on serving plated and reception-style meals.
