Job summary

The Judge Group, INC. is seeking an experienced IT Development Manager to lead the development, support, and continuous improvement of enterprise digital experience, workflow automation, and customer engagement platforms.

This leader will oversee a team of software engineers, technical leads, business analysts, and QA professionals while driving the delivery of scalable, modern technology solutions that support customers, agents, brokers, and internal business users.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software development or enterprise apps.
• 3+ years leading software teams.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale web portals and workflows.
• Strong API, cloud, and Agile background.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, leads, analysts, and QA.
• Drive development and support of customer-, agent-, broker-facing platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve CX and self-service.
• Oversee delivery, upgrades, integrations, and production support.
• Champion Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing.
• Define technology roadmaps with architects.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure delivery.
• Ensure security, governance, and regulatory compliance.
