Job summary

Nordson Medical is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive revenue across anesthesia, NICU, CV surgery, oncology and related care within large hospital systems. You will prospect, close deals, and manage post-sale support for the Infusion Therapy product lines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Sales or Business Development.
• Experience selling to hospital departments including NICU, PICU, CVOR, Anesthesia.
• Proven year-over-year sales growth and ability to present to large groups.
• Willingness and ability to travel.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; clinical or advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large regional territory targeting major hospitals and IDNs.
• Increase sales by prospecting new customers and growing existing accounts.
• Meet and exceed annual sales goals.
• Build relationships with KOLs within target accounts to execute sales strategies.
• Lead full sales engagement from initial product introduction to post-sale training.
• Persuade customers in selecting Infusion Therapy products by understanding features and benefits.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to develop and implement plans to maximize market penetration.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, product development, hospital initiatives, and drivers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key contacts at target accounts.
• Maintain a positive professional image of Nordson Medical Surgical Solutions with hospital staff.
