Job summary

ICU Medical is seeking a Portfolio Sales Specialist to build and maintain relationships with key decision makers, expanding accounts and increasing profitability. The role includes post-sales support and territory management across ICU, oncology, and specialty product lines, with field-based responsibilities.

You will leverage product knowledge to communicate with clinicians, manage trials, and align with company targets. Travel is common, and remote work is possible in many states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience; medical device sales preferred.
• Active credentialing and vaccination may be required.
• Ability to meet territory quotas and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Meet territory sales quota for ICU Medical infusion therapy products.
• Master product knowledge and present to hospital clinicians.
• Position ICU products against competitors as the clinical expert.
• Conduct product trials and implement ICU solutions.
• Coordinate with market managers and align with regional targets.
• Occasionally work weekends or nights as needed.
