Job summary

Nordson Medical seeks an experienced field-based Sales Representative to drive revenue across anesthesia, neonatal and pediatric care, critical care, oncology and CV surgery. You will prospect, qualify and close opportunities with hospitals and IDNs, managing the full sales cycle from introduction to post-sale support.

You will build relationships with key decision makers, deliver product value, and collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with patient outcomes and hospital objectives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years sales or business development experience.
• Experience selling to hospitals/IDNs preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large regional territory targeting hospitals and IDNs.
• Meet and exceed annual sales goals.
• Develop relationships with key hospital decision makers.
• Manage full sales cycle from initial product introduction through post-sale training.
