The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in healthcare or medical device sales, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to travel within the designated region. Denver or Salt Lake City preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in healthcare or medical device sales.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and strategic sales skills.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce).

• Achieve territory sales quota for IV Solutions and related products.
• Maintain technical and commercial knowledge for credibility with decision makers.
• Use consultative, value-based selling to address customer needs.
• Position Fresenius Kabi against competitors based on clinical ROI.
• Develop a territory business plan to meet quarterly goals.
• Plan, prospect, and forecast sales opportunities systematically.
• Travel within territory; support implementation of new accounts.
• Build strategic hospital relationships to drive product purchases.
• Communicate with management to align sales with targets.
