Nordson MEDICAL seeks an experienced sales professional to drive revenue across anesthesia, neonatal/pediatric care, critical care, oncology and CV surgery. You will manage a large regional territory, engage with hospital decision makers, and advance opportunities from initial contact through post-sale support.

The role emphasizes prospecting, relationship building with KOLs, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales and/or business development experience in medical settings.
• Experience selling to hospital departments (NICU, PICU, CVOR, Anesthesia).
• Proven ability to drive year-over-year sales growth and to present to large groups.

Responsabilités

• Oversee large regional territory targeting hospitals and IDNs.
• Grow revenue by prospecting new customers and expanding existing accounts.
• Meet and exceed annual sales goals and develop strategic plans.
