Job summary

Calyxo, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager based in Minnesota East (St. Paul–Duluth area) to drive CVAC adoption, train accounts, and exceed sales quotas across hospitals and physician practices.

The role requires frequent travel, field demonstrations, and a strong network with urologists to expand our kidney stone therapy reach. You will partner with Sales, Marketing and Education teams to deliver clinical support, forecast pipelines, and maintain relationships with key customers, while

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of outside sales/sales management experience; medical device experience preferred.
• Strong track record of over-delivering revenue versus sales plan.
• Proficient in navigating hospital and ASC product approval processes.
• Operating room experience required.
• Thorough knowledge of urology products and strong relationships with local urologists highly desired.
• Successful track record of launching new technologies and proficiency in reimbursement environments.
• Understanding of kidney stone treatment pathways preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quota for the defined area.
• Maintain a monthly and quarterly territory plan with objectives and vulnerabilities.
• Provide monthly forecasts for the defined area.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of Calyxo products to customers.
• Qualify, train, assess, and develop accounts to adopt Calyxo products in kidney stone practice.
• Communicate market conditions and recommend process improvements.
• Partner with Professional Education to deliver clinical and training support.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and KOLs.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager, Sales, and Marketing to identify key customers.
• Work with Customer Service to meet expectations and with Finance on reporting.
• Support resolution of product complaints and safety issues.
• Ensure GMP and FDA compliance; uphold Sunshine Act policies.
• Maintain credentials to enter hospitals and facilities.
• Manage travel and expenses per budget.
• Contribute to a collaborative, ethical, high-achieving culture.
