Job summary

Calyxo, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for Minnesota East to drive CVAC adoption among physicians and meet sales quotas. The role requires extensive field travel, strong product demos, and building physician relationships in the kidney stone space.

You will report to the Regional Sales Manager and collaborate with Marketing and Customer Service to optimize territory performance and forecasts. A bachelor's degree with 5+ years in medical device sales is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years outside sales/sales management experience; medical device experience preferred.
• Proven track record of over-delivering revenue versus sales plan.
• Proficient in navigating hospital and ASC product approval processes.
• Operating room experience required.
• Thorough knowledge of urology products and strong relationships with local urologists desired.
• Experience launching new/disruptive technologies; complex reimbursement environments.“

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas for the defined area.
• Maintain monthly and quarterly territory plans with objectives and vulnerabilities.
• Provide monthly forecasts for the defined area.
• Communicate the value proposition of Calyxo products to customers.
• Qualify, train, assess, and develop accounts to adopt Calyxo products.
• Communicate market conditions and suggest improvements to the commercial process.
• Partner with Education to deliver clinical/training support for physician independence.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and KOLs in the region.
