Job summary

Calyxo, Inc. in Minnesota seeks a Territory Sales Manager for the MN East region (St. Paul/Duluth area).

Drive CVAC adoption among physicians, meet quotas, and travel regularly to develop new and existing accounts. You will clearly communicate Calyxo's value, train accounts, and ensure clinical independence with education support. Build strong hospital relationships and coordinate with teams to grow adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of outside sales/sales management experience, medical devices preferred.
• Strong track record of over-delivering revenue versus plan.
• Experience navigating hospital product approval processes and salaries.
• Operating room experience required; knowledge of urology desirable.
• Wamiliarity with reimbursement environments and kidney stone treatments.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quota for the defined area.
• Maintain a monthly/quarterly territory plan with objectives and vulnerabilities.
• Provide monthly forecasts for the defined area.
• Communicate Calyxo's value proposition to customers.
• Qualify, train, assess, and develop accounts to adopt Calyxo products.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and KOLs.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager, Sales, and Marketing to prioritize targets.
