Job summary

Calyxo, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Minnesota East region, based in the St. Paul or Duluth area.

You will drive CVAC adoption among physicians, meet sales quotas, and communicate Calyxo's value proposition to new and existing customers while building a robust pipeline. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in outside medical device sales, OR experience, and a proven ability to launch new technologies in complex reimbursement environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years outside sales/sales management; medical device exp. preferred.
• Strong track record of over-delivering revenue vs. sales plan.
• Proficient in navigating hospital/ASC product approval processes.
• Operating room experience required.
• Knowledge of urology products and relationships with local urologists encouraged.
• Experience launching new technologies; complex reimbursement environment familiarity.
• Understanding of kidney stone treatment algorithms preferred.
• Compliance with vaccination rules at county/state/federal level.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quota for defined area.
• Maintain territory plan and monthly forecasts.
• Communicate Calyxo value proposition to customers.
• Qualify, train, and develop accounts to adopt Calyxo products.
• Build relationships with key customers and KOLs.
• Maintain compliance with GMP and FDA regulations.
• Travel frequently to cover the territory.
