Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. (AWS) is seeking an experienced leader for the State and Local Government Health and Human Service team, focused on Medicaid and Eligibility.

You will help shape a national strategy to transform eligibility systems and drive cloud adoption across state agencies. The role requires deep domain knowledge in Medicaid/Eligibility, strong program management, and the ability to collaborate with AWS partners and public-sector customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 6+ years of professional or military experience.
• 6+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience.
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Engage and build trusted partnerships with State Health and Human Services Agencies at the executive level.
• Develop and execute strategies that drive partner and customer cloud adoption.
• Serve as a credible expert on Medicaid/Eligibility domain with AWS partners and customers.
• Work with AWS partners to develop repeatable solutions and models to accelerate cloud adoption.
• Develop joint go-to-markets and other solutions with our partners.
• Perform administrative business development functions to lead strategy and partnering with AWS Partners and Account Managers/Executives to deliver results.
