Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced leader to drive national strategy for Integrated Eligibility and Medicaid programs within the State and Local Government Health and Human Service space. The role focuses on leveraging cloud technologies to transform eligibility systems and Medicaid operations, with emphasis on governance, security, and data integrity.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in the Medicaid/Eligibility space, strong partnership skills with state agencies,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree; 6+ years of professional or military experience.
Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
Experience developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.

Responsibilities

Engage and build trusted partnerships with State Health and Human Services Agencies at the executive level (e.g., State Medicaid Director, Medicaid CIO).
Develop and execute strategies that drive partner and customer cloud adoption, focusing on Eligibility and Medicaid.
Serve as a credible expert on Medicaid/Eligibility with AWS partners, customers, and internal teams.
Work with AWS partners to develop repeatable solutions, programs, and models to accelerate cloud adoption.
Develop joint go-to-markets and other solutions to create opportunities with partners.
