Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Sr Business Development Manager for HHS Integrated Eligibility & Medicaid to drive national strategies and partnerships with State Health and Human Services Agencies. The role focuses on transforming eligibility, Medicaid programs, and cloud adoption, leveraging AI and governance considerations across public-sector leaders.

The successful candidate will collaborate with AWS teams to create joint go-to-market motions, engage partners, and influence policy

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
6+ years professional or military experience.
6+ years developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.
Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

Engage and build trusted partnerships with State Health and Human Services Agencies at executive level.
Develop and execute strategies to drive partner and customer cloud adoption for Eligibility and Medicaid.
Serve as a credible expert on Medicaid/Eligibility with AWS partners, customers, and internal teams.
Work with AWS partners to develop repeatable solutions, programs, and models to accelerate cloud adoption.
Develop joint go-to-markets and other solutions to create new opportunities with our partners.
Lead strategy development in collaboration with AWS Partners and Account Managers to deliver results.
