Job summary

Zenith is seeking a talented Supervisor, Strategy to manage day-to-day media planning and strategy for a well-known client brand. You will support a team in developing, executing, and stewarding media plans, pushing fresh thinking with senior staff guidance. The role reports to the AMD/VP, Strategy.

You will evaluate media vehicles, manage budgets, and communicate results to top management, while supervising junior staff and coordinating across internal resources.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in media planning and strategy.
• Agency experience is highly preferred.
• BA/BS in Marketing or Advertising or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute media strategy for assigned client.
• Evaluate media vehicles and audiences to optimize reach.
• Monitor and report on media performance against objectives.
• Research market data to inform media objectives and tactics.
• Manage projects and resources within the area of specialization.
• Present findings and plans to senior management and clients.
• Supervise execution of media plans, including budgeting and scheduling.
• Provide media intelligence and ensure accuracy across deliverables.
• Lead and motivate junior staff; collaborate with internal teams.
