Job summary

Fox Television Stations in Seattle is seeking a dynamic Account Executive to drive substantial revenue by leveraging the FOX 13 ecosystem across linear and digital platforms. You will cultivate relationships with agencies and clients, presenting innovative packages and strategies that maximize market impact.

The role requires a proven track record in broadcasting sales, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of major market experience in transactional and online advertising sales.
• Proven success with generating and maintaining new business and experience with major programming sales.
• Broadcasting/television experience is a plus.
• Interest in and understanding of broadcasting and sports industries with contacts in these sectors.
• Experience with Wide Orbit preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Radio/TV, or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Aggressively pursue, develop, and maintain relationships across agency and client layers in the linear and digital media marketplace.
• Create, develop, implement, and present to agencies and clients new concepts, packages, and platforms in collaboration with internal departments to maximize revenue.
• Develop innovative sales strategies and opportunities tailored to FOX station products that expand beyond the existing client solutions.
• Serve as an expert consulting resource for all linear and digital offerings for internal teams, partners, agencies, and clients.
• Negotiate sales contracts utilizing Nielsen LPM ratings and qualitative information.
• Ensure optimal market coverage by participating in client activities and events to boost visibility and revenue.
• Develop and cultivate relationships with other media tech companies and local businesses for partnerships.
• Develop long-term cross-sales opportunities with corporate and media entities.
• Demonstrate responsibility for FOX equipment and comply with corporate policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
