Job summary

Townsquare Media is recruiting a Multi-Media Account Executive in Faribault, MN, to own a book of business and drive new and existing client growth. This full-time, in-office role blends broadcast, digital, and event sponsorships to deliver measurable ROI in a dynamic market.

The ideal candidate brings at least 2 years in sales, a proven goal-achievement record, and strong communication skills, plus a valid driver's license. BA/BS preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales (required).
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and vehicle (required).
• BA/BS degree (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights.
• Conduct needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
• Represent broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships.
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand client reach and ROI.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute campaigns.
• Work with Market Leadership to meet and exceed goals.
