Cumulus Media is seeking an Account Executive to manage relationships with local and regional businesses, delivering marketing solutions to help clients achieve business goals. The role focuses on growing revenue by promoting station assets, digital products, events, and sponsored programming across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate will excel in prospecting, presenting integrated marketing campaigns, negotiating deals, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, social platforms and CRM tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Passion for developing new business relationships in outside sales.
• Enjoy presenting to clients on sales opportunities and post-sale successes.
• Strong lead generation and ability to connect with viable prospects.
• Understanding of sales metrics to maintain a sales funnel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with local and regional businesses.
• Present marketing solutions across broadcast, digital and events.
• Negotiate and close deals to drive revenue and client loyalty.
• Learn and articulate Cumulus asset offerings and opportunities.
• Represent full product suite to new and existing clients.
• Manage time to optimize revenue opportunities and fulfill sales agreements.
• Prospect aggressively to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Prepare orders and resolve billing issues while reporting on sales and forecasts.
