Job summary

Audacy Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive local, regional, and national campaigns across radio, streaming, podcasts and digital advertising. You will build relationships, craft multi-channel marketing plans, and collaborate with internal teams to exceed client objectives.

Based on-site in Las Vegas, NV, you will actively prospect and close new business, manage the sales process, and contribute to a high-energy sales culture with base salary plus commission/bonus

Qualifications

• Proven success in selling media, event sponsorships or digital platforms.
• Exceptional communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop new business and manage the sales process with a proven track record of exceeding goals.
• Thorough understanding of advertising and marketing including digital and audio/tv.
• Self-motivated, goal driven and creative.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Positive attitude and ownership mindset.
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce, G-suite and Zoominfo is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with advertisers to ensure their success and repeat business.
• Proactively develop new business via email, cold call, networking and referrals.
• Meet with clients and conduct thorough needs analysis of their business.
• Create multi-faceted effective marketing plans based on each client’s needs.
• Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure client needs are met.
• Achieve sales goals and participate in internal meetings and training (in person or virtual).
• Provide top quality service to clients in a professional manner.
