Job summary

Equiliem is seeking a Planning Coordinator in Torrance, CA to support purchasing, scheduling, and expediting finished goods and components. You will maintain inventory targets and coordinate with planning, engineering, sourcing, quality, production, and stockroom teams to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires 2+ years in supply chain operations, strong ERP and collaboration skills, and the ability to lift up to 30 lb. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in supply chain operations or a related role.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams such as sales, operations, finance, and quality.
• Comfort with overtime and lifting up to 30 pounds when needed.

Responsibilities

• Allocate, purchase, or reschedule materials in the system.
• Revise delivery dates for overdue purchase orders.
• Track supplier fulfillment from PO issuance to receipt.
