Job summary

You will lead a team, collaborate with Purchasing (USA or France), and drive continuous improvement across supply chain processes. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in logistics, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Movex, EDI, and MRP systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in logistics or related field.
• Ability to lead team members.
• Customer service oriented.
• Familiarity with supply chain and inventory management systems.
• Knowledge of customer forecasting (EDI, etc.).
• Ability to solve problems swiftly.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• MRP, Movex, EDIs, and vendor forecast management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production workflow and plan operations to meet demand.
• Ensure Supply Chain Department meets requirements.
• Maintain ERP/MRP alignment with planning and procurement.
• Hold weekly reviews with Purchasing (USA or France).
• Manage inventory levels and optimize turns while ensuring continuous flow of materials.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement for processes and systems.
• Maintain optimum inventory levels to meet on-time deliveries.
• Interface with product line coordinators for forecasting and planning.
• Ensure adherence to company materials handling practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
