Job summary

1X in Hayward, CA or San Carlos, CA is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to own the material plan and keep production running. You will translate build schedules into reliable, time-phased supply plans for key commodities, coordinating with suppliers, manufacturing, and engineering to avoid shortages and minimize inventory costs.

The role requires 3–5 years of planning experience, proficiency with MRP in ERP systems, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of materials or production planning experience in manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with MRP in an ERP system.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for planning models.

Responsibilities

• Own the material plan to keep production running with time-phased supply plans.
• Translate build schedules into accurate BOMs, lead times, and inventory targets.
• Maintain on-hand balances and lead times to enable accurate system recommendations.
• Collaborate with engineering and suppliers to avoid shortages and excess inventory.
