Qualifications

• Experience in a supply-chain or material-related position toward manufacturing.
• ERP systems proficiency (InforLN or Oracle) and Excel must be demonstrated.
• Must develop and execute an MRP plan using business systems.
• Organized, detail-oriented, proactive with problem-solving in fast-paced settings.
• Knowledge of hi-rel parts and related processes is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with internal/external customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Program Managers and Operations to monitor schedules and part changes.
• Coordinate with Operations, Purchasing, Accounting, Receiving, Quality, and Stockroom to maintain material flow.
• Create and manage finite capacity scheduling for master production and new product introductions.
• Define production schedules and partner with Operations to ensure on-time delivery.
• Launch production orders and monitor material flow to address delays.
• Monitor delivery dates and expedite material with Purchasing to meet MRPs.
• Review BOM structure and parameters for accuracy and planning relevance.
• Assess excess/shortage reports with Purchasing and adjust plans accordingly.
• Track weekly shipments to ensure 100% on-time performance.
• Prioritize critical material deliveries across supply chain and internal teams.
• Manage cycle count processes and reconcile variances, plus backflush management.
