Job summary

APS is seeking a Material and Services Coordinator to ensure materials, equipment and resources are available for construction and maintenance projects across Arizona. You will coordinate with warehouse, suppliers, contractors and field personnel to remove obstacles and keep projects on schedule.

The role emphasizes strong organizational skills, customer focus and proactive problem solving, with collaboration across APS teams and external partners to safely deliver reliable energy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Familiar with materials/equipment in assigned area.
• Knowledge of APS inventory principles and procedures, and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with warehouse and Supply Chain to meet material demands.
• Prepare documentation to issue/receive material for contracts and track costs.
• Monitor material requests and expedite critical items to meet schedules.
• Provide cost information to help meet budget goals.
• Initiate purchase requests for tools, materials and equipment.
