Responsibilities

• Define and manage material and inventory logistics across projects.
• Monitor packing lists, delivery dates and KPI reports monthly.
• Create move-in schedules and merge with project schedules.
• Prepare formal documents and communications for customers and leaders.
• Coordinate material movements between company and customers and between projects.
• Ensure compliance with protocols and proactively resolve issues.
