Job summary

Kratos Defense is seeking a Master Scheduler to develop, maintain, and optimize the integrated master schedule (IMS) for MSIis programs, prototypes, and production units. The role coordinates with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Test to translate customer demand into a reliable, resource-loaded schedule.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of DoD program scheduling experience.
• Expertise in MS Project and schedule control.
• Strong ability to lead multiple schedulers in a matrixed environment.
• Excellent communication across PMO, engineering, and government customers.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Program Master Schedule with traceability from summary to detailed schedules.
• Lead schedule planning, baseline initialization, change control, and support program reviews.
• Perform schedule health assessments and provide Earned Value lite scheduling inputs.
• Coordinate with product teams, engineering leads, and mission leads to ensure proper resource loading.
