Job summary

Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Master Scheduler to develop, maintain, and optimize the integrated master schedule for turbine engine programs and production units.

You will coordinate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Test, and Manufacturing to translate demand into a resource-loaded schedule with governance and weekly reviews. The role requires MS Project expertise, Costpoint ERP familiarity, and the ability to navigate DoD program requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3–7 years of Master Scheduling/Production Planning experience.
• Strong MS Project and scheduling tools experience.
• Experience with Costpoint or similar ERP systems.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, BOMs, and routings.
• Familiarity with DoD programs and gated processes.

Responsibilities

• Owns Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and maintains MS Project baselines.
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs across engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing.
• Publish weekly reports, track critical path, and flag risks early.
• Align production schedules with MRP/ERP signals and costs.
• Lead schedule reviews and communicate recovery actions to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100 and related gating requirements.
