Job summary

DEL REY Systems & Technology, Inc. in San Diego, CA, seeks an Integrated Master Scheduler Mid to manage program schedules in DoD projects, ensuring milestones align with SOO, TPRs, CWBS, and CSOW.

You will coordinate with DoD clients and communicate status to all levels of the project team. The role includes publishing the IMS to SharePoint for DoD personnel, supporting junior schedulers in data collection and timeline interpretation, and applying a strong MS Project background with TS/SCI

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing project schedules.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tools.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Teams.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work in a team.
• Ability to guide clients through scheduling best practices.
• TS/SCI clearance and a Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage schedules and analyze development per SOO, TPRs, CWBS, and CSOW.
• Collaborate with DoD clients and monitor milestones and events.
• Publish the Integrated Management System (IMS) to SharePoint for DoD use.
• Support junior schedulers in data collection and timeline interpretation.
