Job summary

KBR Careers seeks a Master Project Scheduler to develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules for complex DoD programs. The role collaborates with program management, engineering, and Government stakeholders to ensure accurate scheduling, milestone tracking, and risk reporting.

The candidate will lead schedule analysis, resource planning, and performance reporting, while ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and PM standards. On-site DC location preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology or related technical discipline.
• Active DoD Top Secret clearance required.
• MS Project certification (MS Project Management) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for complex DoD programs.
• Coordinate schedule development with program management, engineering, operations, and Government customers.
• Perform critical path analysis, schedule risk assessments, and milestone tracking.
• Monitor schedule performance and recommend corrective actions to maintain program objectives.
• Prepare schedule status reports, executive briefings, and project performance metrics.
